What does BYOK mean?
BYOK stands for "Bring Your Own Key". You provide your own API keys from AI providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, or OpenRouter. We don't resell AI tokens — you pay the providers directly at their rates with no markup.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How do extra AI assistants work?
Each paid plan includes a set number of AI assistants. You can add more as a monthly add-on from €8/mo each. Add or remove extra AI assistants anytime from the dashboard.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 24-hour free trial with full portal access and 1 trial AI assistant. No credit card required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. We don't store your card details on our servers.
